LIPRA ATTENDS EUROMOULD 2007
December 5th-8th, 2007, Hall 8.0/P58

EuroMold - World Fair for Moldmaking and Tooling, Design and Application Development - takes place from December 5 - 8, 2007 at the Exhibition Centre Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
EuroMold 2007 merges all important industrial sectors. It is the world trade fair for exhibitors of Moldmaking and Tooling, Design and Application Development.

In exhibition will participate 3 companies from Latvia - members of Latvian tool and prototype producer association.
• SIA „ProMold” - Rapid prototyping  and metal-working centre
• SIA „Agora JK” - Mould making and Mould design for packaging needs, mainly used in food industry.
• SIA „Skan-Tooling” - Specializes on development and production of high-precision plastic injection moulds.

Our visitors get a general idea of:

LATVIA JOINS ISTMA EUROPE

 Latvia  were formally approved as ISTMA members at the last ISTMA meeting, held in Joensuu, Finland. During this meeting National Associations from those countries presented a formal request to join ISTMA, which was unanimously accepted by the members.

LIPRA is the Tool and Prototype Producer Association of Latvia and it will be represented in the ISTMA Europe by Mrs. Natalija Ivanova.

ISTMA EUROPE PROMOTES THE EUROPEAN TOOLING FORUM
 
ISTMA Europe, the European Confederation for the Mould and Die Industry will organize the European Tooling Forum to be held in the morning of September 14th, at Culturgest Auditorium in Lisbon, Portugal.

The main goal for this event is to bring policy-makers of European Union, National Governments and other relevant representatives of appropriate Institutions, along with National Tooling Associations and Company decision makers. It is the purpose of the program being to show the relevance and the infrastructural strategic position of Tooling, Mould and Diemaking towards the development and sustainability of the European industry.

Strategic actions have to be implemented by European Tooling Industry to strength existing relationships, develop new links, also involving the industry’s relevant political entities and academia plus the R&D institutions and present new solutions of innovative business models for a successful joint transformation of Tooling Supply base and Customer relationships.

The visibility, promotion and recognition of the Tooling Industry in Europe should be a permanent focus.
